Cancellation and Refund

  • Registrations are Non-Transferable.
  • For cancellations, please read the cancellation policy carefully.
  • Cancellation will only be accepted in the form of an email request to the treasurer, stating your reason for cancellation, attaching the registration receipt, and providing Name as in bank Account, Bank Name, IFSC, and A/c Number to [email protected] Telephonic or any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
  • All refunds shall be processed within 45 days post-Conference.
  • Cancellation Cut-off Dates & Refund Amount.
    • 90% of the base registration fee shall be refunded excluding 18% GST and Payment Gateway Service charges on cancellation till 15th August 2025.
    • 70% of the base registration fee shall be refunded excluding 18% GST and Payment Gateway Service charges on cancellation till 31st August 2025.
    • 50% of the base registration fee shall be refunded excluding 18% GST and Payment Gateway Service charges on cancellation till 15th September 2025.
    • 20% of the base registration fee shall be refunded excluding 18% GST and Payment Gateway Service charges on cancellation until 30th September 2025.
    • NO REFUND on Cancellations from 1st October 2025.
  • In case of force majeure or ACT OF GOD, or Natural Calamities or Pandemic situations, the Conference Organising Committee (COC) has the authority to convert the physical registrations into a digital platform and the difference in registration amount (as decided by the Executive council & COC) will be refunded.
  • All Legal jurisdictions will be of that is binding for the Odisha state Only.
  • Not with standing any of the above, the decisions made by the COC shall be final and binding.
